She lived in a time of great discovery ... penicillin, radio, television, telephone, electricity, the atomic bomb, atomic energy, computers, etc. She saw this nation endure two world wars plus several other armed conflicts. She was an amazing lady who was very much aware of her world even at the time of her death. |
