The Wholistc Stress Control Institute, Inc. (WSCI), a non-profit community-based organization that provides a variety of community-based services. WSCI was founded by Jennie C. Trotter in 1984.
CONSORTIUM
A group of 20 community organizations is responsible for the coordination of services to enhance the development of youth.
