BIG RULES

Many people have worked hard to get the equipment we have in our room. It has to last a long time, and be in good shape so that it can serve many deserving students. Hurting one computer takes away from scores of people. The classroom computers need to be very uniform so I can manage and troubleshoot them easily. Therefore violating any of the following guidelines will be considered a malicious act and result in immediate and permanent expulsion from my class:

Do not alter, rename, move or trash any files except your own. Ever.
Do not change any settings on any computer in this room. Not the desktop picture, not the sounds, not anything. Ever.
Do not open the computers. Ever.
Do not download programs or files onto any computer in this room. Ever.
Do not do anything that would damage or disable any of the equipment. Ever.
Save all your files in your own folder, inside the folder called student folders. Files left anywhere else will be thrown out ruthlessly. Clean your files out often, throwing away anything you do not want or need.
Do not go into any student folders except your own. Ever.
Do not use school equipment to pirate files or software, or create illegal documents. Duh.
Do not do or say anything cruel to anyone in my classroom. Bullying and harassment will not be tolerated.
