Columbia/HCA's Compliance Policies Published on Internet

Columbia/HCA has published on the Internet its overall Code of Conduct for all employees as well as a series of detailed compliance policies in specific areas of concern. The information can be reviewed at http://www.columbia-hca.com/ethics.

Alan Yuspeh, Senior Vice President, Ethics, Compliance and Corporate Responsibility at Columbia/HCA, stated that Columbia/HCA posted the compliance materials "because our feeling is from a standpoint of corporate responsibility the appropriate thing to do is to share this with people who are interested in health care compliance."

The Columbia/HCA compliance materials are very comprehensive and are worthy of careful review.
