        Grew MediaOcean from an initial size of 3 to 94 employees in two years.

        Hired a CEO and President to lead the organization; each a seasoned executive with over 20 years of management experience.

        Led the vendor and software evaluation for a team of GE 6 “Black Belt” auditors

        Motivated and managed a team to complete a 260 man-month development effort in 120 days with no increases of resources or budget.

        Assisted in closing partner agreement and license contract with GE / NBC for revenue of 2.7MM per year for 5 years.

        Contributed to raising a total of $14.7MM of venture capital, 2/3 secured in 2001. 

        One of PriceWaterhouseCoopers' Georgia's Top 25 Venture Capital Deals of 2001.

        Designed and built a broadcasting sales management system selected as ‘best of breed’ by media companies such as NBC, Hearst-Argyle, and DDS.

        Negotiated the merger of Donovan Data Systems’ independent rep business with MediaOcean.

     Responsible for all technology strategy consistent with overall business strategy and market needs.  Developed objectives, policies, budgets, and operating plans for the development, quality assurance, production operations, and information technology departments and   directed their interpretation, implementation, and achievement.  Worked with other executives to define product goals, direction, and schedules; ensured departments worked cross-functionally.  Under direct supervision of the CEO, managed 5 direct reports with a total of 67 employees.

Engineering Manager, Marimba, Inc. – Atlanta, GA, 3/1999 – 10/1999

     Responsible for all consulting and sales engineering based in the Southeast.  Provided sales, technical, and consulting support to all company’s southeast customers. Helped to provide single technical point of contact for all large customer’s needs in the Southeast.
